Eternal Automated Validation

I've been watching the "Just a moment while we run the automated error checks. Since this may take a few minutes, you can navigate away from this page and check back later to view the results." for about 20 minutes now. I can't move to Submission until it clears. Usually it takes about 30 seconds. Anyone else seeing this?

    I'm not. I ran it recently and it went right through. Having other issues (500 Internal Server Error), but unlikely to be related

    Returned after 30 with "unexpected error"...will try again.

    Success. Also the PAYMENT VERIFICATION was very squirelly today.
